APLICACIONES / APPLICATIONS

El METAPLAST es utilizado como agente plastificante y peptizante añadiendo un 2% sobre el contenido total de elastómero. Ayuda a la dispersión de las cargas. Sus propiedades neutras, junto con su contenido en óxido de zinc promueve el proceso de vulcanización. Su composición evita los problemas de exudación y lo mantiene inafectado a altas temperaturas.

METAPLAST is used as plasticizer and peptisizer when it makes up 2% of the total elastomer content. It aids the dispersion of the charges. Its neutral property together with its zinc oxide content promoves the vulcanization process. Its composition avoids problems with exudation while remainig unaffected by high temperatures.
